Fixed Fee. $500
A Certificate of Independent Legal Advice is commonly required for guarantors, family guarantees, refinancing and certain property or loan transactions.

Highlands Legal Centre provides independent legal advice to ensure clients understand the documents they are being asked to sign, the legal effect of those documents, and the risks involved. Advice is provided independently and without influence from lenders or other parties.
NEW SOUTH WALES CONVEYANCING
Fixed Fee: $1,500 plus disbursements (estimated $200).
